What you'll do

• Perform field tasks including planting, weeding, mulching, irrigation, spraying, and pest and disease management
• sow seeds, thin, pot up, and propagate in the greenhouse
• harvest flowers and wash, sort, and pack them
• coordinate floral orders for internal and external clients
• maintain organized workspaces and equipment
• communicate with team members and supervisors
• support the farm’s Kaizen philosophy.
