The Construction Supervisor – Broadband Telecommunications role is onsite in Madera, CA, supporting field operations across the Fresno and Madera markets. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 annually, DOE, plus benefits. Turnaround Communications Inc works on telecommunications infrastructure construction. The supervisor oversees aerial and underground outside-plant construction, including fiber deployment, restoration, quality, safety, scheduling, and workforce coordination. The role leads crews and subcontractors to complete projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer and engineering requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage aerial and underground fiber construction projects
• oversee crews, subcontractors, and field supervisors
• monitor productivity, staffing, equipment, and production goals
• conduct field audits and safety inspections
• support emergency restoration and outage response when required
• manage schedules, budgets, labor, and materials
• maintain project records and reports
• coordinate with customers and stakeholders
• train and mentor field personnel
• ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
