TFO Field Project Manager — Data Center Construction

The TFO Field Project Manager — Data Center Construction role is onsite in Sandston, VA, with a required five-day workweek from 6:30 AM–3:30 PM; compensation is $140,000–$220,000. KALCON provides owner representation and field leadership for tenant fit-outs of mission-critical data center facilities. The project manager coordinates construction execution, safety, schedule, quality, commissioning, and logistics to help deliver projects in line with owner objectives. The role connects contractors, base-building work, and tenant improvements through hands-on field oversight and project coordination.

What you'll do

• Oversee field safety, schedule, quality assurance, and commissioning
• coordinate owner, general contractor, and tenant fit-out work
• manage site logistics, deliveries, submittals, RFIs, procurement, and owner-furnished equipment
• review schedules, costs, change orders, and pay applications
• conduct field inspections and progress reporting
• coordinate design integration, permits, inspections, and project closeout.
