What you'll do

• Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff
• check orders for completeness, plating, and presentation
• maintain ticket order and timing
• organize multiple orders
• assist with garnishing or final presentation when needed
• keep the pass-through window and expo station clean and organized
• communicate delays, issues, or dietary concerns
• and support kitchen or service staff during high-volume shifts as needed.
