• Engage prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
• assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
• contribute to marketing, social media, and community events
• maintain knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends
• support resident satisfaction and retention
• track renter’s insurance and pet-policy compliance.
