Customer Development Representative

Job overview

The Customer Development Representative is an onsite role based in Watervliet, NY. Compensation is not specified, though the role supports the sales department in driving organic growth within existing customer accounts. This role exists to increase profitability by leveraging existing client relationships to sell additional products and services. The representative will conduct facility needs analysis meetings and presentations to achieve weekly activity targets.

What you'll do

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and leveraging their current partnership with UniFirst by offering additional services, products and solutions.
• Work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies to further develop our market share.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
• Each Customer Development Representative will be responsible for achieving 80 activities per week, including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations and 1 sale.
