The Two-Way Radio Repair Technician role is onsite in Coppell, TX. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The position supports Aerowave Technologies’ client service work on two-way radio, surveillance, and access-control solutions. The technician diagnoses and repairs portable, mobile, and base-station radios, including component-level work on RF and digital circuit boards. Accurate testing, calibration, programming, and repair records help return equipment to service and support client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair RF circuit boards to component level
• read schematics and use electronic test equipment
• perform surface-mount and through-hole soldering
• diagnose and replace failed board components
• rework fine-pitch and other surface-mount components
• align and calibrate radios to manufacturer specifications
• use manufacturer service software and programming tools
• document faults, parts, labor, and alignment data
• follow ESD and safe-handling practices.
