This role exists to lead and direct the overall operation of the community in accordance with resident needs, government regulations, and company policies. The director maintains service quality, high occupancy, and meets corporate financial goals while mentoring staff.

What you'll do

• Advocate for GenCare initiatives, innovations and policies within the community.
• Mentor staff to be advocates.
• Lead and direct the overall operation of the community in accordance with resident's needs, government regulations, and the company's policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet corporate financial goals within established budgetary guidelines.
