What you'll do

• Conduct user research with Soldiers, HR professionals, and commanders
• create personas and journey maps
• apply human-centered design through research, prototyping, and usability testing
• create prototypes, wireframes, and interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
• document design artifacts and obtain governance approvals
• use feedback and usability metrics to improve UX
• develop responsive components based on USWDS 3.0 and DoD branding
• meet WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 requirements
• integrate analytics and in-app guidance
• comply with DoD cybersecurity, accessibility, and audit requirements.
