The Senior Architectural Designer role is hybrid and based in Vineyard Haven, MA. Pay is $85,000–$112,000 per year. The designer contributes across custom residential projects from early design and permitting through construction administration and completion. Working with principals, associates, clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams, the role carries design intent into technical documentation, supports project execution, and mentors emerging designers.

What you'll do

• Contribute to all phases of custom residential project development
• develop design solutions and technical documentation
• serve as a point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams
• coordinate schedules, consultants, documentation, and construction administration
• develop schematic designs, presentation materials, and material selections
• support code compliance
• mentor junior team members and contribute to design reviews.
