What you'll do

• Lead hospital-wide quality and performance improvement programs
• develop strategies aligned with organizational goals
• lead patient safety, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• oversee quality data management and reporting
• partner with medical staff and leadership
• liaise with The Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory agencies
• oversee survey readiness and accreditation
• lead the Quality/Performance Improvement team
• ensure HIPAA compliance.
