What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members

• explain wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions
• create and communicate schedules
• ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and site-standard compliance
• troubleshoot equipment with Facilities and IT
• enforce safety protocols
• drive revenue and membership retention using KPI tools
• manage controllable costs
• review and approve employee hours and perform payroll tasks.
