The Unit Manager role is onsite in Providence, RI, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 per year. Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 206-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on resident-centered care. The manager oversees nursing operations on an assigned unit and is accountable for resident care. The role supports safe, consistent outcomes by guiding nursing staff, monitoring care plans and standards, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned unit
• coordinate care to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning
• ensure timely incident reporting and follow-up
• participate in facility committees and programs as directed
• assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures
• provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
• monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Why this role
