Customer Service Representative

Compensation is $13–$15 per year. The Customer Service Representative is an onsite role based in Williamston, NC. 01 - $15.30 per hour, and this position supports the store's sales and account management team. This role exists to manage rental accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, driving account performance, and completing product deliveries. The representative contributes to store goals by building strong customer relationships and maintaining showroom standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts, conduct early-stage collections, maintain account health, complete delivery and pickup routes, provide in-store and home-based customer service, contribute to sales growth, transport and install merchandise, and maintain showroom standards.
