What you'll do

• Conduct patient pre-screening and eligibility evaluation
• schedule and reschedule screening visits
• manage follow-up and patient communications
• track no-shows and ineligible candidates
• manage physician referrals and patient portal leads
• update patient records in the clinical trial management system
• create targeted call lists
• support recruitment metrics and community outreach
• maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information under HIPAA.
