What you'll do

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop pricing
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• develop detailed cost estimates
• identify project risks, opportunities, and value-engineering solutions
• partner with project managers, superintendents, business development, marketing, and operations during pursuits
• build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• monitor market trends and maintain pricing and cost data
• improve estimating processes and practices.

Why this role

Commercial construction estimating experience of 5+ years is preferred; experience with negotiated, CMAR, design-build, and hard-bid projects is noted; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
