What you'll do

• Prepare appealing meals according to the menu and schedule, at the appropriate temperature
• prepare special limited diets according to policy
• identify menu errors and bring needed corrections to the Director of Culinary’s attention
• store, date, and rotate food according to food-handling guidelines
• follow the kitchen cleaning schedule
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• interact courteously and empathetically with residents
• maintain knowledge of the community paging system. Weekend-day work is required, and a current CPR/First Aid certificate is required.
