• Provide administrative and operational support
• greet clients and visitors
• collect and record payments and required documents
• maintain electronic medical records
• support appointment reminders and follow-up scheduling
• track referrals and program data
• prepare reports
• coordinate client information with care teams
• and support Healthy Together program operations.
