What you'll do

• Manage compliance with food service regulations
• provide student participation reports
• maintain nutrition values, temperature, cleaning, sanitation, and food-handling records
• provide reports and tours to health inspectors
• coordinate inventory counts and invoices
• manage staff and volunteers in inventory control, food production, meal service, and kitchen cleanliness and setup
• oversee food purchasing and vendor coordination
• assess and maintain food service equipment
• coordinate parent volunteer selection
• maintain routine work, repair, cleaning, and overtime records
• complete required training and provide documentation.
