What you'll do

• Perform drywall repairs and minor plumbing and electrical work
• diagnose HVAC issues and coordinate licensed contractors when needed
• assess whether repairs should be completed in-house or outsourced
• complete service requests promptly
• respond to emergency maintenance calls and lockouts
• obtain contractor quotes and coordinate vendors
• track service requests and maintain records
• assist with budget-conscious repair and capital-improvement planning
• communicate updates to the Community Manager
• maintain common areas and grounds
• interact professionally with residents
• comply with safety and operational standards.
