What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, efficient service
• fill orders accurately within service-time standards
• collect payments and count change
• deliver orders and invite guests to return
• verify and balance the cash drawer
• follow cash-handling security procedures
• report customer service issues, deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems to management
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the parking lot, dining lobby, service area, restrooms, and drive-through menu board.
