The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift role is onsite in Conroe, TX. Compensation is not specified. This role provides hands-on support for patients’ daily living needs and contributes to their comfort, safety, dignity, and recovery. Working with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, the CNA monitors and reports patient needs and changes in condition.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, and exercise
• monitor and record vital signs
• follow infection control protocols
• communicate patient status and changes to nursing staff
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with feeding and hydration as directed
• document care and maintain patient records.
