The Clinical Staff Physician, Occupational Medicine role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule of either 7 AM–4 PM or 10 AM–7 PM. Starting compensation is $250,000–$300,000 per year. The physician supports an Agile Occupational Medicine center providing occupational healthcare to businesses, workers, and patients. This physician provides direct occupational medicine care, directs center medical policies and programs, and works with center leadership to support quality, efficient care and strong clinical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide direct in-clinic and telemedicine care to occupational medicine patients
• evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients under clinical standards and protocols
• serve as Primary Treating Physician for injuries
• manage clinicians and support staff
• collaborate with therapists, specialists, and medical leadership
• support patient safety, clinical improvement, documentation, coding, and regulatory compliance
• communicate significant clinical changes to employers
• participate in center meetings and support client relationships and center operations.
