Seasonal Production Lead (2nd Shift)

What you'll do

• Assist the supervisor with production, quality personnel, and departmental issues
• promote a safety-first and continuous-improvement culture
• coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering on improvement needs and preventive maintenance
• ensure employees have necessary tools
• produce and personalize customer orders in the assigned area
• help meet daily production goals
• lead and train personnel as needed.
