Veterinary Practice Manager (Certified Veterinary Technician)

The Veterinary Practice Manager role is onsite in Swansea, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and no weekends currently required. The salary is $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position combines clinical leadership, team development, and hospital operations to support a growing veterinary practice. The manager mentors the team, helps improve workflows and culture, and remains involved in patient care, anesthesia, and surgery.

What you'll do

• Coach and mentor veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service staff
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention
• support daily hospital operations and workflow coordination
• partner with veterinarians and leadership on hospital goals
• support surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring
• assist with patient care and nursing responsibilities as needed.
