The Engineering Technical Lead (ETL) — Packaging and Inspection is an onsite role in 00777, PR, supporting manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment. Compensation is not specified. JC Automation provides automation, control systems integration, information technology, systems integration, and regulatory-compliance services for life-science manufacturing. The lead provides technical direction and engineering support for packaging and inspection equipment and related capital projects. The role coordinates design, installation, commissioning, qualification, documentation, and change-control work across site teams and vendors to support compliant, reliable equipment and project delivery.

What you'll do

• Provide engineering support for packaging and inspection equipment
• troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• support installation, commissioning, and startup
• coordinate with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and validation teams
• review and update technical documentation, procedures, and drawings
• support change controls, investigations, and CAPA
• ensure GMP, safety, and site engineering compliance
• contribute to reliability improvements
• lead design processes and reviews
• track design progress and project schedules
• coordinate vendors and technical authorities
• support factory acceptance test planning and design qualification reporting.

Why this role
