What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in primary care clinic settings, including nursing case management, immunizations, injectable medication administration, point-of-care testing, phlebotomy, and health screenings
• triage and assess walk-in and scheduled patients
• document care and report as indicated
• support medication and disease management
• respond to medical emergencies
• use trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and harm-reduction principles
• collaborate with clinic team members and site partners
• support quality improvement.
