Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with Monday–Friday hours of 8 AM–5 PM and flexibility; on-call work is needed for emergency maintenance requests. What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• respond to work orders and complete repairs
• inspect properties and address potential problems
• follow safety regulations and company standards
• respond on call as needed to emergency maintenance requests.
