• help control waste and inventory, rotate stock, and place orders as directed
• support promotions and sales initiatives
• ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• address guest concerns
• help oversee opening and closing procedures
• track performance indicators and recommend improvements
• collaborate with hotel departments.
