What you'll do

• Develop digital growth strategy across e-commerce, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, automation, and post-sale engagement
• translate growth objectives into revenue strategies
• establish performance frameworks for incrementality, ROI, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
• prioritize opportunities using customer, funnel, channel, and profitability data
• build executive business cases
• lead vendors and cross-functional teams
• manage two to three direct reports
• lead e-commerce optimization and digital buying journey improvements
• design full-funnel and lifecycle programs
• lead UX/UI optimization and testing
• define measurement strategies and reporting
• recommend investment allocation.
