The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist role is onsite in Bakersfield, CA. Pay is $2,473–$2,770 per week for a 13-week contract. The schedule is Friday–Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., three 12-hour shifts, with daily call coverage from 8:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m. The technologist operates CT equipment and performs related imaging procedures to produce diagnostic images. The role supports patient safety and care, manages imaging and records, and maintains equipment calibration and billing data.

What you'll do

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images
• perform CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy procedures
• generate reformatted sagittal and coronal images
• upload and manage imaging through PACS/teleradiology systems including Cerner and Mach7
• ensure image accuracy, patient safety, and HIPAA compliance
• maintain records, billing data, and equipment calibration
• support adolescent-to-geriatric patient care.
