Building Energy Inspector

What you'll do

• Perform home energy audits under new-construction RESNET and Energy Star guidelines
• visually inspect ductwork, insulation, framing, air sealing, and ventilation
• conduct blower-door and duct-leakage tests
• communicate professionally with builders and code officials
• travel daily to job sites.
