What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and laundry equipment
• inspect building systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting, elevators, and generators
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• document work and inspection findings
• maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• coordinate with departments and contractors as needed.
