What you'll do

• Receive people at clinic reception
• register patients and enter information in the EMR
• collect co-pays and service payments
• answer and redirect calls or record messages
• assist with patient flow
• schedule appointments and follow up on missed or cancelled visits
• verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations as needed
• maintain accurate confidential records
• perform light bookkeeping and filing
• participate in quality improvement, patient recruitment and retention, and referrals.
