What you'll do

• Design and implement credentialing and re-credentialing programs
• develop workflows, tracking tools, turnaround standards, and SOPs
• manage provider credentialing and payer enrollment applications
• maintain compliant provider files and portal updates
• track expirations and renewals
• serve as the credentialing resource and escalation point
• hire, train, and supervise a Credentialing Assistant as volume grows
• conduct quality checks and audits
• collaborate with billing and revenue-cycle teams
• monitor payer policy and regulatory changes.
