The role also trains installers, coordinates project work, and performs installation and maintenance tasks to help deliver reliable residential and commercial HVAC systems.

What you'll do

• Lead installation crews by assigning tasks and setting work pace
• train installers on techniques, tools, and code requirements
• coordinate with managers and other teams to meet deadlines and specifications
• install refrigerant lines and sheet-metal or flex duct systems
• read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• explain work to customers
• follow safety standards and use required PPE.
