The Job Coach role is based at individuals’ job sites in Toledo, OH; compensation is $19 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour shift differential when applicable. What you'll do

• Build positive relationships with individuals served, their families, support teams, and employers
• coach individuals with disabilities at their job sites as they learn workplace skills and build independence
• transport clients in company vehicles as needed.
