The Mental Health Counselor and Group Facilitator role is an onsite position in Gilbert, AZ, with a salary range of $65,000–$80,000 per year and annual bonus potential of $8,000–$10,000 or more. Transitions Counseling and Consulting provides mental health services for children, teenagers, and adults and aims to train the next generation of therapists. The counselor develops treatment plans and provides evidence-based group and individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Leading group programs, collaborating with other professionals, and mentoring advanced graduate interns support client care and the organization’s clinical and training goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices for depression, anxiety, and social challenges
• collaborate with other professionals
• mentor advanced graduate interns
• lead nationally accredited group therapy programs 2–3 days a week, including after-school and early-evening hours
• attend the designated office regularly according to the agreed work schedule.
