Plastics Molding Operations Lead, 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and train second-shift molding team members
• troubleshoot injection molding process and setup issues
• assign operators and monitor workflow and throughput
• prepare production reports and participate in shift-change meetings
• ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer specifications are met
• adjust processing parameters
• coordinate equipment repairs with maintenance
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment
• enforce work instructions and quality procedures
• administer first aid and coordinate medical attention if injuries occur
• assist with mold and equipment maintenance as needed.
