Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager role is onsite in Twin Falls, ID. Compensation is $110,000–$125,000 per year. The role works closely with the Plant Manager and plant leadership team. The position provides guidance to employees and leaders while administering policies, records, payroll backup, training, and employee relations processes.

What you'll do

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention
• partner with plant leadership on staffing levels and budgets
• back up weekly payroll processing
• interpret and apply policies, benefits, procedures, programs, and laws
• administer workers’ compensation claims and documentation
• maintain personnel records and reports
• represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
• coordinate onboarding and training
• plan company events
• resolve employee issues and coach plant leaders
• coordinate temporary labor agency staffing and pay records
• travel 0–25% may be required.
