The Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, planning, controls, compliance, and the Finance team, providing financial insight to the CFO and executive leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• provide financial analysis and recommendations
• monitor KPIs, controls, risk, and compliance
• oversee cash flow and capital allocation
• partner with operational leaders
• monitor contractual obligations
• support contract and vendor negotiations
• lead and mentor the Finance team
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and cost reporting.
