What you'll do

• Schedule procedures
• answer incoming calls professionally
• contact referring physicians when patients have difficulty scheduling
• enter appointment, rescheduling, cancellation, and comment information in RIS
• update account information
• use RIS filters to answer insurance, procedure, and preparation questions
• pre-register patients, scan documents, enter clinical data as needed, and request films as needed
• safeguard patient health information and property
• interact respectfully with patients, families, coworkers, and the public.
