The Life Enrichment / Activity Assistant works onsite at Leisure Living Devonshire in Lapeer, MI, two days per week: Tuesdays, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Thursdays, 10:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pay is $14.25 per hour. The role supports the social welfare and interests of residents in a senior life connections community. The assistant helps plan and carry out activities and life skills, supports the Life Enrichment Director with department operations, and helps maintain safe, welcoming activity and community spaces. The role may include attending outings and related transportation support.

What you'll do

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills
• provide administrative support as needed
• maintain resident safety
• set up, clean up, and maintain activity and community spaces
• support outings and related administrative tasks while following safety practices.
