What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day Reno operations and personnel
• own the Reno operation’s P&L
• develop market and client strategies with leadership and marketing
• build and maintain client relationships
• lead projects and manage invoicing within budget
• prepare contracts, qualifications, and fee proposals
• ensure project quality
• research market and technology trends
• attend meetings and industry events
• prepare and deliver client presentations.
