Food Service Director

What you'll do

• Create menus and oversee food production
• coordinate dietary services with other departments
• inventory, order, and store food and material supplies weekly
• supervise dietary staff and oversee the Dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and codes
• visit residents daily to learn about diet and food preferences.
