What you'll do

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
• design yield strategies and pricing programs
• forecast competitive-set RevPAR changes for the next 90–120 days
• set goals and adjust strategies weekly
• prepare weekly strategy notes on portfolio pickup, strategy impact, recommendations, and forecast risks or upside
• maintain forecasts within the stated target of plus or minus 3% of actuals
• manage length of stay, market segment, and source mix to support net revenue and operating profit
• interact with property partners and internal distribution, marketing, sales, financial strategy, and real estate teams.
