What you'll do

• Engage customers in the service lane to identify vehicle upgrade, trade, or purchase opportunities
• work with service advisors to convert repair orders into deals
• acquire vehicles for the used-car department

• contact leads, set appointments, and close acquisitions
• appraise vehicles with management
• use Automotive Mastermind to identify equity and upgrade prospects
• manage follow-up and pipeline.
