Property Management Office Floater

What you'll do

• Connect with prospective residents by phone, email, walk-ins, and appointments
• conduct individualized apartment tours and follow up with prospects
• support leasing, marketing, resident relations, and community events
• maintain prospect and resident information in property management systems
• keep online advertisements accurate
• complete resident and property files
• assist with reports, rent deposits, fees, and other financial tasks
• support applications, background and credit checks, move-in orientations, and maintenance reporting
• comply with company policies and Fair Housing Laws
• travel regularly to assigned communities.
