The Principal Solution Specialist, Infrastructure role is onsite in Bellevue, WA. The base salary range is $207,000–$275,000 per year, with discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility. The role supports CoreWeave’s AI infrastructure business and field organization. This role owns complex infrastructure deals from initial design through negotiation, execution, and expansion. It develops commercial frameworks and field playbooks while translating customer needs and market intelligence into input for product, engineering, capacity planning, finance, and marketing teams.

What you'll do

• Own the commercial and operational lifecycle of complex infrastructure deals
• structure and negotiate infrastructure commitments
• design deal frameworks, pricing models, and terms
• provide deal desk guidance and pricing alignment
• develop playbooks, negotiation frameworks, TCO models, and competitive materials
• engage customer procurement, legal, and executive leaders
• partner with product specialists on integrated proposals
• relay customer intelligence to internal teams
• improve deal-cycle operations, visibility, reviews, escalations, and execution handoffs.
