Dietary Technician

The Dietary Technician role is onsite in Binghamton, NY, paying $23–$25 per hour. The position supports Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing residents by coordinating individualized nutrition and meal services.

What you'll do

• Work with the Food Service Supervisor and interdisciplinary team to assess dietary needs
• develop meal plans that follow prescribed restrictions
• design and review menus
• support daily dietary operations and food quality
• educate residents and families
• and participate in food safety, sanitation, audits, and quality reviews. Requires an ACEND-accredited Nutrition and Dietetics Technician program, an associate's degree, 450 supervised practice hours, and NDTR certification.
